Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions, and expanding Junior MiniU's reach. Daily tasks include meeting and engaging with stakeholders, developing proposals, managing partnerships, conducting market research, and achieving growth targets while representing the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Experience in sales, client management, and partnership development
• Knowledge of market research and data analysis methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proactive problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
• Passion for STEM education and experience in the education industry is considered an advantage
• Bachelor's degree
