Role Overview
The position requires professionals experienced in managing enterprise sales cycles, engaging senior decision-makers, and closing high-value corporate engagements. The role involves complete ownership of business development from opportunity creation to contract closure.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and develop enterprise and multinational clients across assigned territories
Drive consultative, solution-based sales engagements
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles including proposal, negotiation, and closure
Engage CXO-level stakeholders, procurement leaders, and facility heads
Build and maintain a strong pipeline with structured forecasting and reporting
Required Background
Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development
Exposure to selling ERP solutions, facility management services, corporate SaaS, or managed enterprise services
Experience working with large corporates or multinational clients
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities
