Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenuegrowth. Your strategic thinking, sales acumen, and market insights will be essential as you contribute to our company's expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Evaluate Opportunities:Research and analyze industry trends, identify prospects, and evaluate their potential for partnerships. Assess sales options and contribute to our growth strategy.

Achieve Revenue Targets: Take ownership of volume and revenue targets, focusing on acquiring new direct import and export customers, forwarders, and CHA container volume in CFS.

Network expansion: Drive revenue growth by tapping into multiple markets within the assigned territory,expanding business reach and increasing overall revenue opportunities

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects, offering effective solutions that meet their needs. Provide ongoing support,information, and guidance to clients, and recommend opportunities for growth and improvement.

Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute plans to attract new customers, expand wallet share from existing customers, and increase revenue. Regularly engage with customers, understand their requirements, and finalize commercial agreements.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, assess demand for various products, and stay attuned to market trends. Recommend improvements based on insights gathered.

Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales plans that capitalize on market opportunities, aligning with company sales goals and profitability targets.

Reporting and Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Utilize insights to drive informed decision-making and improve sales performance.

Professional Development:Stay updated on industry trends and best practices by participating in educational workshops, networking events, and professional societies.

Team Collaboration: Contribute to team success by achieving assigned goals, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues.

Budget and Goal Attainment: Ensure the achievement of budgets and sales goals by implementing effective strategies and closely monitoring performance.

Business Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy for your assigned market, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Leadership and Monitoring: Set individual sales targets within your team and provide guidance and oversight to ensure optimal performance.

Customer Relations: Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with customers, continuously striving to deliver exceptional services.
