Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong client network, and developing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying potential opportunities, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving company sales targets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications :- Insurance Degree | Fresher | Experienced from 1 to 5 Years.

• Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Sales Planning, Target Achievement, and Lead Generation techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in the Insurance or financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
