Business Development Manager - IT Staffing
Location:Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District
Experience:3 to 10 Years in IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales / Client Acquisition
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in IT Staffing and Recruitment Services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, account management, contract staffing, and building long-term relationships with clients across India, US, Singapore, or Malaysia markets.
Generate new business opportunities in IT Staffing and Recruitment Services.
Identify and acquire direct clients for contract and permanent hiring.
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for delivery.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure quality submissions and closures.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for ongoing and future requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn, emails, references, and networking.
Strong experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales.
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, or Implementation Partners.
Good understanding of technologies like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Java, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in contract staffing, permanent hiring, and resource augmentation.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and CRM tools.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Existing client network in IT staffing is an added advantage.
Experience handling US, APAC, or Indian markets preferred.
