Job Summary:
I am looking for a highly experienced Senior BDM with a strong background in direct client acquisition and relationship management within the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of closing new business, managing key accounts, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire direct clients for IT staffing services (contract, contract-to-hire, full-time).
Generate and qualify leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Hiring Managers).
Collaborate with internal delivery/recruitment teams to fulfill client needs.
Conduct regular client calls, virtual meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
Negotiate client contracts, SLAs, and pricing models.
Requirements:
8-15 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Sales.
Must have closed multiple direct client deals (not limited to MSPs/VMS).
Deep understanding of US staffing operations, compliance, and market trends.
Strong network of direct client contacts in IT/Tech domain.
Ability to work independently with a hunter mindset and consultative sales approach.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication.
