Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, presenting property solutions tailored to client needs, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, including property market trends and investment strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and carrying out market research
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record in building and managing client relationships is a plus
