Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, reaching out to potential customers, delivering compelling presentations, and actively participating in business negotiations.

The role also involves maintaining a strong understanding of the company's solutions, analyzing market trends, and exploring new avenues for growth.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, account management, and client relationship strategies
  • Strong skills in market analysis, lead generation, and competitive intelligence
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud technologies, digital transformation, and networking
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to drive business results
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Experience in the IT industry or with IT service offerings is a plus
