About the Role
We are hiring for one of our prime clients a Business Development Manager to support international student recruitment initiatives. This is a full-time, salaried position focused on partnership development, enrolment support, and business growth through ethical, compliant recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnerships with student recruitment agencies and education providers
- Support enrolment targets through structured collaboration with internal teams
- Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Analyse feedback and performance data to improve services and outcomes
- Support programme management teams to enhance enrolment efficiency
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
- Present offerings to potential partners and support commercial discussions
- Provide insights into market trends, product positioning, and competitiveness
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in business development or partnership management
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required for business purposes
