Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and develop sales strategies to support company growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing client accounts, providing detailed reports on sales performance, collaborating with multi-functional teams, and ensuring company offerings align with client needs to drive success.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with a Government background will be preferred; strong knowledge of licensing processes and government tendering is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Business Development
  • Skills in Lead Generation, Sales, and Account Management
  • Knowledge of Drone Technologies, Geospatial Applications, or related industry domains is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
