Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development for healthcare infrastructure and consulting projects (greenfield and brownfield)
- Drive business development initiatives across all other verticals of Integra Ventures, including management consultancy, and allied advisory services.
- Participate in public sector tendering processes (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs) and support consortium/JV formation where required
- Develop and manage relationships with hospital promoters, institutional leaders, government officials, architects, EPC/PMC firms, and key stakeholders
- Lead proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closures
- Work closely with design, PMC, and delivery teams to ensure alignment from pitch to execution
- Maintain pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and contribution to branch-level growth and profitability
Educational Background:
- Postgraduate in MBA / MHA / PGDM or equivalent
Experience:
- 1015 years of experience in Business Development
- Background in Infrastructure / PMC / Design / EPC / Consulting environments
- Exposure to healthcare sector projects is strongly preferred
- Experience across private sector healthcare projects with working knowledge of public sectortendering processes
- Established professional networks within the healthcare and infrastructure ecosystem
- Ability to engage at promoter, institutional, and senior stakeholder levels
- Flexibility to travel
