Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will identify business opportunities, build and manage client relationships, and develop strategies to drive company growth. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and build trust.
  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development.
  • Proven ability in contract negotiation and business proposal creation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in advertising, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
