Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Indian markets for our service offerings in IT Services | Cloud Computing | Cybersecurity | Application Development & Automation |System Integration. The role involves end-to-end sales ownershipfrom lead generation to deal closurewhile building long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Recruitment services in India
- Identify and engage with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, channel partners, and networking events
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and proposal discussions
- Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure timely contract signing
Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, HR Heads, and Procurement teams
- Understand client requirements and propose customized service and pricing models
- Coordinate with delivery, cloud, cybersecurity, and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding
- Drive repeat business, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track trends in Indian IT services, cloud adoption, cybersecurity compliance, and hiring demands
- Identify opportunities in industries such as IT/ITeS, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Startups, and GCCs
- Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and digital campaigns
- Provide regular inputs on pricing, competition, and client expectations
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate data
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Work closely with leadership on sales forecasting and strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 4 - 6 years of proven experience in IT services sales / Cloud / Cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Cybersecurity services
- Recruitment & staffing models (IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent hiring, RPO)
- Experience selling to Indian SMEs, Enterprises, Startups, and GCCs
- Excellent communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Sales or Marketing
- Existing client network in cloud or cybersecurity domains
- Experience with outbound sales and inside sales models
