Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result oriented
Business Development Manager to drive growth for our software development and IT services business. The role focuses on lead generation client acquisition relationship building and revenue growth through strategic business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a consultative selling approach and experience in B2B IT services sales.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for software and IT services
- Generate leads through outbound inbound and referral channels
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision makers
Client Engagement
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution discussions and proposals
- Participate in client meetings presentations and negotiations
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams after deal closure
Revenue and Growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline
- Track opportunities and update CRM regularly
- Provide sales forecasts and progress reports
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience in B2B IT services or software sales
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain business value
- Self motivated target driven and result focused
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling custom software ERP or web solutions , apps, ZOHO, shopify
- Exposure to international clients is an added advantage
