Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development professional to join our growing team at EC-Council. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with customers and partners, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and skilled at building strong relationships across customer and partner segments.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, pitch EC-Council programs, and negotiate deals.
Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Engage with prospects via calls, emails, meetings, and virtual demos.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer/partner needs and ensure smooth onboarding.
Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking in CRM tools.
Drive revenue growth and ensure high customer/partner satisfaction.

Job Requirements

15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account/Partner Management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage customers or partners confidently.
Proven ability to meet sales targets through prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Experience with CRM tools and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience in IT, EdTech, Training, or Cybersecurity sectors is a plus.
