Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mohali (Punjab). The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and create strategies for market growth. Additional responsibilities include preparing and presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing industry trends, and achieving sales targets. The role demands a proactive attitude, strategic vision, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Relationship Management
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Understanding of Market Analysis, Customer Needs Assessment, and Industry Trends
- Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE or related technologies is highly advantageous
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
