We are seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Chennai. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will conduct market analysis, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The individual will also represent the company at industry-related events and forums to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.

• Strong expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
• Proficiency in negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and achieve targets
