Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a minimum of two years in a similar role, ideally within the marketing or related sector. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent command of English, and the ability to communicate fluently in either Hindi or Tamil, alongside English. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, initiating and nurturing client relationships, and ultimately driving growth for Eyelevel Growth Studio.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Develop Opportunities:
- Proactively research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients that align with the agency's services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Utilize strong sales skills to pitch Eyelevel's services to prospective clients, handle negotiations, and close deals effectively.
- Multi-lingual Communication:
- Communicate fluently in English and at least one additional language (Hindi or Tamil) to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
