Role Overview:

We are hiring a result-oriented Business Development Manager who can generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals effectively. The role requires strong face-to-face interaction and conversion skills, with both company-provided and self-generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through personal networks, references, and field activities
  • Handle and convert company-provided leads
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings (site visits/office meetings)
  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable construction solutions
  • Close deals through effective negotiation and relationship management
  • Ensure strong follow-ups to maximize conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth onboarding of projects
  • Maintain daily tracking of leads, meetings, and closures
Key Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably real estate/construction / interiors)
  • Proven ability to close deals through meetings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with field sales and client-facing roles
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Presentable and confident personality
