Job Description

Pre Sales Associate/Telecaller

Location: Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar (Must be open to work across multiple centers)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Tuesday – Sunday)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Performance Incentives

We are looking for passionate and energetic Telecallers who will serve as the first point of contact for students and parents, driving admissions through professional communication, follow-ups, and counselling support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Counselling

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential students and parents.

• Explain academic programs, course structures, and fee details effectively.

• Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups and engagement.

• Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy while addressing queries.

Admissions Support

• Coordinate with academic counsellors and sales teams to convert leads into admissions.

• Follow up on enquiries to ensure timely closures and target achievement.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Communication & Coordination

• Ensure seamless communication between the counselling, marketing, and operations teams.

• Support promotional campaigns and events by reaching out to prospective students.

• Uphold the institution's brand values through courteous and student-focused communication.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or inside sales (preferably in EdTech / Education / Test Prep industry).

• Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu (mandatory), and Hindi.

• Ability to handle large call volumes and follow structured call processes.

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
