Drive growth for the
Navigation & Sensors portfolio through structured market and competitive intelligence, targeted campaigns, and close partnering with product line leaders and regional D&S sales teams. The role blends business development, product strategy support, and marketing to shape opportunities, support supply chain actions and improve win rates in APAC & EMEAI regions.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Support Navigation & Sensors growth strategy through analysis of customers, applications, regions, and segments.
- Run the Market & Competitive Intelligence operating system covering market size, segmentation, competitor moves, pricing, and win/loss insights.
- Work with GBE product line leaders to turn insights into roadmap focus, value propositions, and commercial levers.
- Partner with regional D&S sales teams on targeted campaigns, account plans, and penetration/growth initiatives.
- Provide business development support on key pursuits: competitive positioning, solution framing, and customer-facing material.
- Support supply chain transitions and localization by aligning demand, customer expectations, and competitive dynamics.
- Track campaign and portfolio performance (pipeline, orders, revenue, margin, hit rate) and recommend actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional growth programs across navigation and sensor technologies.
- Create concise marketing and sales enablement tools: playbooks, briefs, competitive battlecards, and training content.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Marketing in aerospace/defense or high reliability electronics; navigation, sensors, or avionics exposure preferred.
- Strong ability to convert market and competitive data into clear recommendations for product lines and sales.
- Exposure to complex pursuits or capture processes with OEMs, airlines, or defense customers.
- Comfortable working through influence in distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including customer-ready storytelling.
Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
