Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our home decor brand's market presence. You will identify new B2B opportunities, build partnerships with interior designers, and drive revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·      Identify partnerships: Scout and onboard interior designers, architects, and real estate developers.

·      Drive B2B sales: Build a robust pipeline of corporate, hospitality, and residential projects.

·      Analyse market trends: Monitor home decor trends and competitor movements to identify new niches.

·      Manage client accounts: Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business. Handle client presentation, quotations and follow-up

·      Maintain CRM records and sales reports

·      Collaborate with marketing: Develop promotional strategies, product launch events, and trade show displays.

·      Negotiate contracts: Close commercial deals, ensuring profitable pricing and favourable credit terms.

·      Sales Target: Meet monthly sales target and revenue targets

·      Build brand visibility through partnerships and promotional activities.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

·      Experience: 3–5 years in business development, specifically within interior design, furniture, or home decor.

·      Network: An existing network of local architects, designers, and builders is highly preferred.

·      Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

·      Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of textiles, materials, pricing structures, and design aesthetics.

·      Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
