YourGreeners is building a scalable business focused on sustainable, high-impact solutions. We are looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) who can take full ownership of the business, drive execution, and build new revenue streams with minimal supervision.
This is not a typical internship. This role is designed for individuals who want to operate like founders, take responsibility for outcomes, and build something from the ground up.
Role Overview
The Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) will act as the owner-operator of YourGreeners, responsible for independently running, scaling, and innovating the business. The role involves end-to-end ownership across strategy, product development, operations, and go-to-market execution, while the founder focuses on parallel ventures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Ownership and Strategy
- Take complete ownership of execution and growth of YourGreeners
- Translate high-level vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Define and execute 6, 12, and 24-month roadmaps
- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
2. Product Development and Innovation
- Own the full lifecycle from idea to launch to scale
- Identify customer pain points and market gaps
- Conceptualize, validate, and prioritize new products and services
- Lead MVP development and iterate rapidly based on feedback
- Convert one-off offerings into scalable and repeatable solutions
3. New Service Launch and Go-To-Market
- Design service offerings including pricing, scope, and delivery models
- Independently plan and execute launches
- Define target customers, positioning, and distribution channels
- Coordinate marketing, sales enablement, and onboarding processes
- Track adoption, revenue impact, and product-market fit
4. Operations and Execution
- Manage day-to-day operations with minimal oversight
- Build and optimize SOPs, workflows, and internal systems
- Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
- Maintain discipline on budgets, margins, and unit economics
5. Team and Ecosystem Management
- Build and manage teams including freelancers and vendors
- Hire execution-focused roles when needed
- Drive accountability and ownership across all contributors
- Manage external partners and collaborators
6. Founder and Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as the single point of ownership for the business
- Share structured weekly and monthly updates
- Escalate only high-risk or strategic decisions
- Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting
Decision-Making Authority
- Product and service launches
- Pricing, go-to-market experiments, and partnerships
- Hiring decisions, vendor selection, and tools (within agreed framework)
- Day-to-day operational and execution decisions
Founder alignment is required only for major strategic pivots or capital-intensive decisions.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Revenue growth and profitability
- Number and success rate of new products and services launched
- Speed of execution and time-to-market
- Customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- Reduction in founder dependency
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to execute independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Interest in startups, operations, and building scalable systems
- Prior experience in startups, projects, or business building is a plus
