Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in domestic staffing sales for India Region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, bringing GCC (Global Capability Center) opportunities, and building long-term staffing partnerships with mid-size and enterprise companies.
The role requires someone who can open new accounts, generate staffing requirements, and build a consistent pipeline of hiring mandates across IT and Non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new domestic clients for staffing and recruitment services.
- Generate GCC (Global Capability Center) hiring opportunities and build relationships with GCC leaders in India.
- Develop strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Hiring Managers.
- Bring consistent staffing requirements across IT, Engineering, and corporate roles.
- Negotiate MSA, rate cards, and commercial agreements with clients.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure quality submissions and successful closures.
- Build a strong pipeline of new clients through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 712 years experience in Business Development in Staffing/Recruitment industry.
- Strong experience in Domestic Staffing Sales in India.
- Proven experience in bringing GCC clients or large enterprise staffing mandates.
- Strong network with HR, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Decision Makers.
- Experience in contract staffing, permanent hiring, or RPO services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate consistent hiring mandates from clients.
