We are expanding aggressively and looking for a hardcore sales professional who can independently drive revenue through existing client relationships.
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager from the Recruitment & Staffing Industry ONLY who has:
- Proven revenue track record in IT staffing
- Active client base (India &/or Overseas)
- Experience in closing RPO, Contractual and Permanent staffing deals
- Strong understanding of recruitment delivery dynamics
- Ability to bring immediate business without dependency on marketing-generated leads
This role is strictly for candidates from the Recruitment & Staffing domain. Profiles from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Client Acquisition
- Bring ready and active clients in IT staffing (India / Middle East / US / Europe markets preferred).
- Acquire and close RPO mandates.
- Generate business in Contractual (C2C/Payroll), Permanent, and Bulk hiring models.
- Independently manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
2. Strategic Sales Execution
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CTOs, Procurement Teams).
- Negotiate commercial agreements (MSA, SOW, RPO models).
- Drive higher margin deals.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
3. Market Intelligence
- Strong knowledge of IT hiring demand (Cloud, SAP, DevOps, Data, BFSI Tech, Enterprise Applications, etc.).
- Working understanding of Non-IT hiring to support diversified client conversations.
- Clear understanding of billing models, markups, margins, conversion ratios.
4. Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure fulfillment.
- Set realistic SLAs and ensure strong client experience.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Business Development experience in IT Recruitment & Staffing.
- Proven revenue generation track record (must quantify achievements).
- Experience in closing RPO deals is highly preferred.

- Contract Staffing
- Permanent Hiring
- Payroll Models
- RPO Engagements
- Must have handled India and/or International markets.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Stable career history (Frequent job changes will not be preferred).
