Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager from the staffing & recruitment industry who:
- Has strong sales experience in staffing/recruitment
- Comes with active client relationships (clients in hand)
- Can generate revenue within the first 3 months
- Understands end-to-end staffing sales cycles
- Is confident handling India, Europe, and/or UAE markets
This is not a trainee or cold-start sales role.
We are looking for someone who can walk in, open doors, and close business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Acquire new staffing & recruitment clients across India, Europe, and UAE
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate business
- Close contractual and permanent hiring mandates
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Lead negotiations, commercials, and closures
Client Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client hiring needs, workforce plans, and project timelines
- Build long-term, repeat business relationships
- Coordinate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
Market Expansion
- Identify new industries, accounts, and hiring trends
- Develop regional strategies for India / Europe / UAE
- Represent HireAlpha in client meetings, calls, and business discussions
Required Experience & Skill Set
Mandatory Requirements
- 38+ years of BDM / Sales experience in Staffing or Recruitment companies
- Proven track record in:
- IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales
- Contract & Permanent Hiring Models
- Active clients in hand (mandatory)
- Ability to generate billable business within first 90 days
- Strong understanding of:
- Staffing commercials
- C2C / T&M / Permanent hiring models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Exposure
- Experience working with:
- India-based enterprises
- UAE / Middle East clients
- European clients
- Niche IT hiring exposure (Engineering, Cloud, Data, Product, BFSI, etc.)
