Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager (B2B). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting market research, and formulating strategic plans to achieve sales targets. They will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Business development, Field sales, Vendor and client Onboareding and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in conducting market research and developing strategic plans
  • Negotiation and deal-closing abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the technology or property management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
