Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Travel Trade

Location: Aurangabad

About Us:

We specialize in B2B travel solutions and are seeking a dynamic BDM in Aurangabad to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new B2B travel agents and tour operators across your region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize repeat business.
  • Promote DMC services, group tours, FITs, and customized travel products.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product trainings, and destination awareness sessions.
  • Participate in travel trade events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings and group tours.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B travel sales (preferably with a DMC or tour operator).
  • Strong network of travel agents in the your region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Willing to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
  • Must be proficient in English , Hindi & Regional language.
  • Must posses a 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler.

Salary: Competitive + Incentives

Reporting To: Regional Head / Director – Sales
