Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Travel Trade

We specialize in B2B travel solutions and are seeking a dynamic BDM in Aurangabad to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new B2B travel agents and tour operators across your region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize repeat business.
- Promote DMC services, group tours, FITs, and customized travel products.
- Conduct sales presentations, product trainings, and destination awareness sessions.
- Participate in travel trade events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings and group tours.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B travel sales (preferably with a DMC or tour operator).
- Strong network of travel agents in the your region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
- Must be proficient in English , Hindi & Regional language.
- Must posses a 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler.
