Responsibilities
- Drive business growth in the healthcare segment by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, healthcare brands, and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (design, execution, and finance) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present pitch decks, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance through regular MIS and reporting.
- Attend industry events, networking forums, and healthcare exhibitions to build brand presence.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of proven experience in healthcare sales/business development.
- Strong network within the healthcare industry (hospitals, healthcare brands, consultants, and vendors).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and close high-value deals.
- Experience in B2B sales is mandatory (interiors, healthcare infrastructure, and medical services preferred).
