Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Expert to join our team for international market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned market.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to potential clients.

Lead Generation and Management:

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).

Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-up and engagement.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance:

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives.

Work closely with the team to provide customer feedback and insights for services + product improvement.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the International market and customer needs.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT service.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in selling enterprise-level software solutions.

Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and methodologies.
