Job Responsibilities and Duties

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Travel to various locations to advocate for and ensure the supply of targeted products, as well as manage relationships with existing clients.
• Operate outside the office, pitching to potential clients to maximize the company's sales of products and services.
• Actively participate in camp activities and promotional activities.
• Primarily focus on campaign activities involving physical materials like banners and pamphlets to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Unlike a general field executive, this role demands extensive travel to either find new clients or customers or to maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Conduct field activities to effectively attract all clients and potential customers to our camps and promotional events.
• Arrange meetings with clients or visit their offices or homes to persuade them to purchase a product or subscribe to a service offered by Hearing Solutions.
• Your core focus will be to increase client walk-ins to the company's centers.
• Be feasible to perform all necessary fieldwork diligently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma, Graduation, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
• Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential, along with a positive attitude and adaptability.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license and be comfortable with extensive travel for field activities.
• Other Requirements: Maximum age of 35. This position prefers male candidates.
