Haempath Diagnostics is a NABL accredited specialty hematology laboratory located in Ahmedabad. We offer advanced diagnostic services such as Multicolor Flowcytometry, Platelet function tests, Coagulation workup, Thrombotic workup, Bone marrow studies, and workups for Thalassemia and Myeloma. Our primary focus is on Hemato-pathological services, with a special emphasis on blood cancers.

Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and presenting services to clients. They will also monitor market trends, develop strategic plans to grow the business, and collaborate with internal teams to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Graduates [ MBA/MHA/Biomedical/Pharmacy/BAMS/BDS ]
• Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Experience in market research, opportunity identification, and competitor analysis
• Ability to develop strategic plans and sales presentations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
