Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote

Terms: Full Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling IT services, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for IT services including Application Development, Cloud, Data, QA, ERP, and Staffing solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, SOWs, and pricing models in coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial agreements with clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM reports.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in Client Acquisition and IT Services Sales
  • In-depth understanding of IT Services, IT Staffing, and Technology Solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
