Your Role:

As aClient Success Champion, you will build and nurture relationships with potential clients, develop high-value partnerships, and take ownership of the sales process for GTDS consulting, training, and AI solutions. Your role will focus on introducing GTDS proprietaryGovernance & Training Delivery Suite, an essential set of customizable templates designed to ensure project success. You will lead the charge in helping clients understand and apply GTDS suite to accelerate project outcomes.

You'llthrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, whereyou'llhave the opportunity to shape and drive business outcomes through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:Lead the prospecting efforts,identifyhigh-potential leads, and develop relationships with decision-makers in HR, L&D, Talent, and Transformation departments.

Consultative Sales & Solutioning:Articulate the unique value GTDS provides through our consulting, training, and AI solutions, while positioning theGovernance & Training Delivery Suiteas an integral tool for project success.

Sales & Lead Management:Manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing,utilizingLinkedIn, email, and networking events to generate and nurture relationships.

Discovery & Qualification:Engage with potential clients to understand their pain points and goals, offering customized solutions that leverage GTDS comprehensive suite of services.

Ownership of Sales Cycle:Lead the full sales processfrominitialengagement to contract signing. Post-sale, ensure a seamless transition to delivery teams whilemaintainingthe relationship.

Market Intelligence & Insights:Provide regular feedback to GTDS leadership on client needs, market trends, and potential competitive advantages.

Strategic Targeting:Develop and execute a strategic approach for high-value client acquisition that focuses on long-term partnership-building.

Sales Expertise:Proven experience in business consulting, L&D, or HR tech sales witha track recordof exceeding sales targets.

Consultative Approach:Ability to understand complex client needs and recommend effective, tailored solutions.

Strong Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade C-suite and senior-level executives.

Self-Driven & Results-Oriented:A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment with the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities at once.

Market Awareness:Knowledge of trends in L&D, HR technology, or business consulting, and an understanding of how GTDS can help clients address emerging challenges.

Team Player:Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and share knowledge.

Comfortable Working Independently:A high degree of autonomy in managing yourworkload, yetclosely aligned with the broader GTDS goals.
