Job Title:Business Development Manager - Mega Accounts
Function: Group Business (Life Insurance)
Role Purpose:
Drive acquisition and servicing of large corporate (Mega) accounts in the Group Life Insurance segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire large corporate clients for Group Life Insurance solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of Mega Accounts
- Engage with HRs/CXOs for business development and relationship management
- Support end-to-end sales cycle including proposal, pricing coordination, and closure
- Drive retention and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and servicing
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales (Insurance, Banking, BFSI preferred)
- Exposure to Group Insurance / Employee Benefits is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage large accounts and work in a target-driven environment

- Revenue growth from Mega Accounts
- Client retention and relationship strength
