Lead - Windows Administrator

Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead - Windows Administrator with 4-7 years of experience to manage and maintain our company's Windows server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Windows-based systems, implementing and maintaining security measures, and providing technical support to end-users.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Windows server infrastructure
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers, software, and applications
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and network
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
• Assist in the planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in Windows server administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2012 and 2016
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Experience with server hardware and storage systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or VCP
