Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and key accounts, and expand Greenlam's market presence in the region. The role involves developing and executing sales and business development strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to drive revenue growth. The person in this position will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely closure of deals. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing and product teams, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports, and representing the company at industry events, meetings, and client visits.
