Green Chutney Films is a Mumbai-based film production house specializing in conceptualizing and producing content for film, television, and digital platforms. With extensive experience collaborating with national brands and advertising agencies, we excel in bringing brand stories to life using a creative team of directors, producers, and technical experts. Our portfolio includes campaigns for brands such as Berger Paints, MamaEarth, Havmor Ice-creams, and Edelweiss Tokio. We also take pride in producing the international award-winning short film, The Song We Sang, and are currently developing our debut feature film.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with our creative team to propose and pitch tailored content solutions. Additional duties include analyzing market trends, creating business strategies, and maintaining client relationships to ensure repeat business and brand growth. The individual will also play a role in negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and meeting or exceeding business development targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, particularly in the media, advertising, or film production industry
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners
• Strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities to identify business opportunities and trends
• Experience in developing and delivering persuasive pitches or proposals
• Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Knowledge of the media and film production landscape in India
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
