Job Description


Responsibilities

  1. Collect information on wind power projects and developers.
  2. Regularly analyze market trends and policy changes, and submit trend reports.
  3. Collect information on domestic competitors and Chinese competitors market movements and pricing information.
  4. Maintain and update the stakeholder database and communication logs.
  5. Manage and supervise the initiation and follow-up of technical and commercial workflows, ensuring effective collaboration across functional teams.
  6. Lead the wind project bidding process, coordinating the team to prepare necessary documents and presentations.
  7. Handle contract negotiations, ensuring the terms align with company interests.
  8. Follow up on accounts receivable for existing and future projects, ensuring timely payment.
  9. Assist the regional manager in developing annual sales plans and implementing detailed execution strategies.

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of experience in the wind energy in India OEM or developer, familiar with the rules and procedures for project development in India.;
  2. Familiar with commercial terms related to India's wind power industry and with basic local tax and financial requirements; possess market judgment, business development skills, and data analysis capabilities. And with market judgment, business development, and data analysis skills.
  3. Able to work well under pressure and possess strong business negotiation skills and professionalism in client interactions.
  4. Hindi and English can be used as a working language.
