Role Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to lead front-end sales

and revenue generation across the NCR region. The role demands a strong hunter

mindsetsomeone who can consistently generate high-quality leads, convert opportunities

into orders, and build long-term client relationships in the corporate, commercial, and

institutional segments.

This is a target-driven, high-impact role directly contributing to monthly revenue closures

and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generation & Sales Ownership

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (ticket size 20L 1Cr+)

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation meetings proposal negotiation

closure

2. New Business Development (Core Focus)

- Generate 30-40 qualified meetings/month through cold outreach, networking, and

  • partnerships

- Identify and penetrate new accounts in corporate, startups, co-working, and institutional

  • sectors

3. Client Engagement & Conversion

- Understand client requirements and align solutions with design & execution teams

- Deliver compelling presentations and solution pitches

- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals effectively

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

- Track competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and market trends

- Identify high-potential zones, industries, and client segments within NCR

5. Internal Coordination

- Work closely with design and operations teams for seamless execution

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)

- Monthly revenue closed

- Number of qualified meetings conducted

- Conversion ratio (meetings orders)

- Average deal size

- Pipeline value vs target

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 58 years of B2B sales experience in office furniture / interiors / fit-outs

- Strong network with architects, PMCs, and corporate decision-makers in NCR

- Proven track record of closing high-value deals (20L+)

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- High ownership mindset and execution speed

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience in furniture / interiors / fit-out industry

- Strong local market knowledge of NCR

- Ability to conduct client meetings independently

- Comfortable with field sales (6 days working)
