Sales Executive - Road Transport

We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales Executive for our Road Transport division, based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, and creating tailored transport solutions. The role also involves negotiating contracts, managing accounts, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and upholding AG Transport's reputation for excellence.

• Proven sales skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and account growth
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in presenting solutions to clients
• Experience in the logistics or transport industry is preferred
• Knowledge of market trends, route optimization, and road transport operations
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office applications is a plus
• Familiarity with the transport network across Rajasthan and PAN India is an added advantage
