This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller Sales role based in Jaipur. The Tele Caller Sales professional will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing our jewelry collections, identifying customer needs, and providing product recommendations. They will also manage customer queries, maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions, and support sales campaigns to achieve targets. With a focus on exceptional customer service, this individual will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships.

• Proficiency in telephone communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and persuade potential customers
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for addressing inquiries and maintaining client relationships
• Experience with sales techniques, goal-setting, and consistent achievement of sales targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry for logging customer interactions
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple client interactions effectively
• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or sales is preferable but not mandatory
• Graduate in any field; relevant certification or training in sales will be an added advantage
• A passion for luxury goods or jewelry is highly desirable
