Part of a diversified financial services group, the organization also has a sister concern that operates as a Multi-Family Office and Advisory firm, offering tailored investment and non-investment solutions to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, single-family businesses, and corporates.
The selected candidate will work across both verticals, contributing to growth and strategic initiatives, with exposure to institutional treasury management and wealth advisory services.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact B2B and HNI client acquisition role . We are looking for an entrepreneurial and finance-savvy professional who will drive new client acquisition through relationship building with corporates, UHNIs, and family offices.
The role offers significant exposure to FX, derivatives, treasury, corporate finance, and wealth management through participation in high-level client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive professional services sales by targeting treasury solutions for export-import companies and wealth solutions for UHNIs and family offices
- Set up 10+ qualified CXO/UHNI-level meetings per month via LinkedIn, cold calling, references, and webinars
- Maintain accurate CRM records (ZOHO) for leads, meetings, and pipeline tracking
- Create customized presentations and pitch decks for corporate and HNI clients
- Identify client needs and position value-added financial solutions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize client acquisition and engagement
- Progress into a Treasury/Wealth Advisory or managerial role based on performance
Qualifications Experience
- 35 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Understanding of basic financial concepts
- Experience in B2B sales or high-ticket B2C sales preferred
- Experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus
- Ability to generate leads through calls, references, and research
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance specialization or MBA preferred)
- Highly motivated with strong relationship-building skills
