Job Description:eYantra Ventures is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate gifting and brand merchandising (mandatory), along with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the gifting and merchandising domain.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand business reach.
2. Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify potential corporate clients and establish long-term business relationships.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and proposal presentation to deal closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business expansion.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, design, and operations to deliver client requirements effectively.
- Coordinate with senior management to align sales initiatives with company goals.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, new client acquisitions, and market insights.
- Analyze business performance data to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 510 years of experience in business development or sales, with a mandatory background in corporate gifting and merchandising.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
