Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in the Bengaluru Region. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and identifying potential partnerships. The ideal candidate will collaborate internally to propose tailored solutions, present proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients to achieve business goals. Ensuring customer satisfaction and strategically expanding eYantra's market presence will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Strong Networking, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal
  • Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Corporate Gifting, Promotional Merchandise, Branding, or related industry.
  • Total years of experinec is 5-9 years
  • Previous experience in corporate gifting, marketing, or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
