Job Title: Business Development Manager – South India
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Extensive travel across Chennai and other South Indian cities)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives across South India for our HVAC&R product portfolio. The candidate should possess strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales, business development, channel management, and customer engagement within the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and HVAC&R industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth across South India.
- Conduct planned sales visits to Consultants, OEMs, Industrial End Users, Builders & Developers, Architects, and key influencers to generate enquiries and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote company products and solutions while enhancing brand visibility and market presence.
- Educate customers and stakeholders on new products, technologies, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to ensure continuous enquiry generation and business conversion.
- Develop and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks across the region.
- Identify and develop service partners through dealers and distributors to ensure effective after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, technical, operations, and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic market intelligence reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or a related technical discipline.
- 8–14 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Channel Management, or Market Development within the HVAC&R, Air Conditioning, or Refrigeration industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC&R products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Established network with Consultants, OEMs, Contractors, Builders, Developers, Architects, and Industrial End Users.
- Experience in managing and developing distribution networks will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
