Role Overview
We are looking to urgently hire aManager / Team Lead Outbound Saleswho will own and scale our outbound sales engine. This role is critical to business growth and will be responsible for driving team performance, executing outbound strategy, and delivering predictable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with hands-on outbound expertise and deep familiarity withcreator economy and/or SMB sales motions, preferably from competing platforms or adjacent SaaS ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, mentor, and scale the outbound sales team to achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and drive accountability
- Coach team members on prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Build a high-performance, results-driven outbound culture
Outbound Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute the outbound sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Design and optimize outreach frameworks, sequences, and targeting strategies
- Continuously refine ICPs, segmentation, and messaging to improve conversion
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to align demand generation and outbound efforts
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
- Drive consistent pipeline creation and forecast accuracy
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Implement scalable processes, tools, and automation for outbound efficiency
- Ensure high-quality pipeline and strong conversion across the funnel
Market & Customer Insights
- Bring strong understanding of creator economy / SMB buying behaviour
- Leverage industry knowledge to refine positioning and competitive strategy
- Provide feedback loops to product and leadership based on market learnings
Preferred Background
- Experience inSaaS outbound sales, especially in creator platforms, marketing tech, or SMB-focused solutions
- Background fromcompeting platforms or adjacent ecosystemsstrongly preferred
- Proven track record of leading outbound teams and delivering pipeline growth
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics
