Business Development Manager (Exhibitions)

What You Will Do

a. Build and work a target list of 200 enterprise B2B companies from industries like Smart Metering, HVAC & Building Automation, Pharma Machinery, Specialty Chemicals, Architecture & Building Materials, Industrial Manufacturing, AV & Tech

 b. Run structured outbound — email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp followups, discovery calls

 c. Qualify prospects using our proprietary qualification framework

 d. Conduct discovery calls and pass qualified leads to the team for proposal and close 

e. Log every contact, call, and conversation into CRM — no exceptions

 f. Hit weekly activity KPIs and fixed day reporting each week  

  What You Will Not Do

 Write proposals or quotes — that is handled internally Manage existing client accounts or on-going projects
