We are looking for a Business Development candidate with over 2+ years of experience for IT Product - HRMS (HrEngage.ai ) , for our company at Gurgaon location, sector 49.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Research and Identify new business opportunities- including new markets, growth areas , trends ,customers, products and services.
- Developing business development strategy focused on financial gain.
- Give Demo the product for the interested candidate.
- Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality.
- Identify key decision makers, CEO's , CHRO's or promoter and develop a connect with them.
- Develop and manage relations with key client stake holders.
- Conduct research to identify new clients.
- Experience in SAAS sales.
- Maintain and strong follow with existing clients.
- Lead Identification
- First hand meeting setup .
- Should Have Experience in B2B or corporate sales.
- Handling Top Level profiles.
Working Days:- 5 Days Working, Alternate Saturdays working
