Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in South Delhi. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, coordinating with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of services, managing account-related queries and issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth and business development. The role involves regular client interactions, data analysis, and reporting to ensure client satisfaction and business objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in account management, business development especially in FTL Transport.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the logistics & Transportation industry and its operational processes is a plus
  • Graduate from any stream.
  • Must Knowledge of Transportation and Bidding Process on online Portal's.
  • Must Introduce new Clients and work as on target Basis.
